In the heart of Newark, NJ, Nothing Studios worked with Nork photography on their annual photography festival that celebrates the city’s rich history and vibrant community spirit. The festival takes participants on a guided tour through Newark’s history and culminated with an exhibition of images captured over several years during the annual photography walk through Newark—a beloved event that brings people together to explore the city through the shared lens of creativity.

The chosen venue, a storied warehouse echoing Newark’s industrial past, served as the perfect backdrop for this homage to the city’s resilience and evolution. The photographs, ranging from intimate street portraits to sweeping architectural shots, told a collective story of Newark's cultural tapestry and the connections forged through the art of photography.

With lighting installations designed to highlight the interplay of shadow and texture, the exhibition invited visitors to reflect on the layers of history present in both the images and the space itself.
